thryn - is short for Kathryn.
I grew up on the Big Island of Hawaii, and I picked up the interest in photography again after my father passed away. It seemed to be great grief therapy. I attribute my creative side greatly to my Mom.

I've worked for 16 years in the commercial printing industry and can tell you all about print, but my concentration now is primarily in photographic and digital media (including design and film). I currently work as a freelance artist and I'm available for photography and design projects. Contact me for further information.

I'm looking forward to finishing my book and people are betting it will be an Oprah pick. :-D We'll see... I do know that I've put a lot of blood, sweat and tears into it over the last 8 months.
